"The cleaner was 30 minutes late to the appointment. The excuse from the manager was “She forgot to get gas the night before so she had to stop in the morning.” I returned 4 hours later and my apartment door was left wide open and no one was in the unit. The unit was not even half way cleaned. The cleaner returned 10 minutes later. I called the manager to explain the situation. His response later was that she never left the building, so apparently he accused me of lying about the situation. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish."
