"From the start of it, Deborah was understanding and eager to help. We had our water heater break and water damage in several rooms of our basement on a Friday, and had originally contracted another company to do the mitigation. When they were unable to even get to our house on Monday at the time they had said, I knew I needed someone else. We terminated our contract with the other company and I called Ultra Clean in a semi-panic, because at that point, water had been sitting in our basement for 3 days. Deborah immediately talked to me and told me she'd have people there within the hour, and true to her word, Ryan and Carson (the project manager for our case) were there right on time. Ryan, Carson and Anthony (the individual who did the mitigation) were all wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable about not only water damage mitigation but also what the timeline would look like for dealing with insurance. They answered all of my many questions and worked quickly, efficiently, and with results to remove the damaged items. Carson, our PM, was also very easy to get a hold of, and if he did not answer my call, he called me back very quickly afterwards. When I noticed I had overpaid an invoice accidentally, they quickly located the overpayment and cut a check for me for the overpayment the next day. It was my mistake, yet they took extra care to ensure that they made it right immediately. Definitely use this company if you find yourself in a water damage predicament. You won't be sorry!"

Even though it was a small job compared to their normal standards, they still treated me very well and gave me a good price.
