COIT Cleaning and Restoration

"After a no-show from the estimator, this was my duct AFTER the eventual cleaning (technician was late and rushing). Coit promised to send another technician to re-clean my ducts, however they re-scheduled last minute. Then, no one showed up for the new appointment. Coit agreed to refund me but never processed the request. Total scam!"

"Had a phone interview 2/22/24 was supposed to be at 11 they gave me a call at 8 in the morning I did not awser as I was busy gave a call back no awnser shortly after. Than they called me a couple hours later David saying he's busy doing a job ill call you in a couple hours. very unprofessional I'm absolutely not working for a company that can't keep there word."

Everyone from the first call to the end of the services were polite and professional. "I booked my appointment today based on a previous experience. The technician I had yesterday didn't clean as well as done previously I felt. The carpet was 25 years old last time and literally came back to it's original look, this time our carpet was 1 and a half years old and looked half as good with less wear on the carpet itself. Previously it was barely damp when the tech had left and dried up within the hour, this time it took the whole day to dry up and we still have spots that are drying. The cost has also more than doubled, in 2020 we had paid under $200 for the same areas and this time we had kept a little extra in mind and planned on adding a rug or two depending on the estimate, it was almost over $500 with the rugs and so we agreed to just the hall, living and stairs for $343. Our initial service appointment was also canceled last minute which was very inconvenient for us. It's for these reasons we changed our mind about COIT even though we had loved our first service and had recommended them to all of our friends asking about good carpet cleaning companies."

He left everything clean and neat and really didn't disturb us at all. In addition, your scheduler was able to have someone out withing just a few days of my call. I'll use them again."
