"purchased a ring from this store, and had it sent in to be resized. Came back with the whole setting crooked, bent, and with a small crack in it. Brought it back into the store after realizing how bad off it was, and the lady at the counter said that the ring isn’t one that can be re sized, it has to be reordered in the correct size completely. So, I had to re order a whole new ring and give up the old one that was destroyed. Luckily this wasn’t a wedding or engagement ring, but if it was that would’ve have been devastating to have your sentimental piece destroyed and then having to give it back completely. Would not recommend purchasing from this store."
