"Eric and his team did a great job. He helped us when none of the other estate companies would. "Not enough valuable stuff" they told us.Talk about rude treatment from the other guys. But this company jumped in to help. He made his very reasonable fee, and we made money too. It was easy, no hassle on our end. For those who gave a low rating, you were probably a nightmare to deal with. Helicoptering in, telling him how valuable you thought stuff was, arguing with him about how to display things. Trust the process and let him do his job."

"We go to a lot of estate sales in the area and this president of the estate sale company Old is Knew LLC, was extremely rude when asked a simple question about the price of a DVD. When he told us the price I told him that seemed a little high, asked if he would take less and he said, "If you don't like the prices, you can leave!" We told him that he didn't have to be rude and he told us to "get out" and said if we didn't leave he would call the cops! Then said that we wouldn't be the first people he's thrown out of his sales! We do not plan on going to any of this company's sales in the future. Shop at your own risk."

"We had Old Is Knew do our estate sale. If you ask to many questions, your told let me do my job. I guess their used to older people who don’t ask questions. They had thing at sale that were not ours. The reason we know this we cleaned out our house. I would say we had at least 5 things that didn’t belong to us. If you choose to do ,you should be smart enough that you take the stuff out so owner doesn’t know. Friends went to sale and the people working were not friendly in fact rude to some who we’re looking at item in garage. I sorry you had others things going on in your life at that time that weren’t good, maybe you should have gotten others to work the sale."

"When my mom passed my brothers and I were devastated, as well as clueless. her house was packed with things we had no clue what to do with. We probably spent the first handful of days just looking through things to learn what type of woman my mother was. We had no clue whatsoever what the hell we were going to do. It sucked. but we knew we had to do something. When we called OldisKnew we figured it would be the same old someone just stopping by and rifling though my moms stuff and throwing a number at us. It took me a few weeks to actually call and ask them to help us. When they showed up and actually treated me and my brothers like people (and not a damn number like so many people during the process) it was so awesome. Not only did they help get through the mess, they helped us (and during the process of organizing) find so many things that meant so much to my mom and us. They actually took things out of the sale that they thought might be important (even though they were worth a ton) to make sure we had the true memories we may have overlooked. Its so refreshing to see honest people out there working in your best interest instead of just trying to make a dime. Thank you Dee and Eric. If you would have been able to meet my mom she would have loved you guys! I hope to run into you two again as well as your daughter who did such a great job helping us out.
