"I took two of my daughters (11 and 8 years old) here before Christmas to get their ears pierced. It was a good experience. After the employee cleaned and marked each girl's ears, both girls and I checked the location prior to piercing. It was nice that they had 2 people working so they could get both ears pierced simultaneously because my 8 year old might have backed out after one side. It's 3 weeks later now and both girls are happy with their earrings."
"First of all, the person who pierced my daughters ears was incredibly careless and just seemed overall irritated with me. She also did her piercings uneven despite us telling her to change the spot 3 times! Then when we told her to change it she said she couldn’t put another dot because it would’ve put three dots when she could’ve just wiped the marker off harder. I wiped the marker off of my daughter super quickly, it’s not that hard. Anyway, I wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there if you wanna get your ears pierced."
"Maybe it's just because I work at Claire's, but I don't think so, between this one in northtown mall, and the one in Riverdale mall, they are such a great atmosphere, the store is amazing, the products are wonderful, free ear piercings with purchase of starter kit! Great for kids of all age honestly."
