"I visited Banter @ your North town location a few weeks ago, it was about an hour before the mall closed. They were very busy and there were 3 customers that were there before me. The staff worker was very kind, and professional by informing me there were 3 customers ahead of me but encouraged me to browse the jewelry counters. She continued to check in with me and made me aware of my position in line. If it wasn't for her politeness, I'm sure I would not have waited. When it came time for her to help me the mall was closing, however she was very patieint wwith me, not rushing me because the store was actual closed. I was able to take my time and she showed me every item I was interested in seeing, therefore I could make my final decision of what I wanted to purchase. I appreciate the excellent customer service I receved and I'm enjoying the items I bought. I returned to your store 2 weeks later to pay my balance in full in person and made another purchase receiving the same excellent service as my first visit. I feel as though I made a new friend!
