"I had an appointment at the apple valley location and as soon as I showed up, the guy wasn't even aware of the appointment. He copies our forms and sends us on our way saying he'll call us in a couple days and come to find out he quits 3 days after our appointment. I called there several times and nobody ever answers I do not recommend having taxes done there at all. I'll never go through hewitt jackson ever again!!! They suck!!"

"I went to Jackson Hewitt year for the first time. I saw it at a Walmart in Apple Valley, MN when I had gone shopping. I hate doing my own taxes and get so frustrated and dread it every year. So I went online that night and made an appointment for that location. I loved how it was so easy to do, and how many choices you can choose from to file your taxes! I had a guy name Tim W. He was so professional, helpful, very knowledgeable about taxes. He was just amazing! He made my experience so great that I cannot express enough how amazing he was. I felt like he went above and beyond what his duties were and on top of all that he was friendly with a smile. Thank you Tim!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This year, I also went online and made an appointment just the same way as last. I really wanted to work with Tim W. again but I have moved to Brookyn Center, MN and chose a different JH location near me in Brooklyn Park (sorry Tim!). This one was in its own JH building and was very clean also! I worked with another amazing JH employee name Mel D. She was also great to work with! It was the last day to file and she was probably very busy with more people like me who wait until the last second to do this fun chore Lol and she was the only one working while I was tthere. My appointment was right on schedule, she was so very friendly and knowledgeable! How in the world did I get so lucky to get two JH employees I thought?! These two are definitely an asset to your company! I could not have asked for better customer service! I also do not dread doing my taxes and will never go elsewhere or try doing them myself ever again! I also felt the fee for getting those done are fair, I don't know how much others charge but what I paid for. I would definitely do it all over again. Thank you all for your service. I really appreciate what you do and so thankful for JH! Great job! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I used Jackson Hewitt for my taxes this year(2021 taxes) due to the convenience of it being located in Wal-Mart, my one-stop shop. I will say I was quite disappointed this year. #1. The feel the cost for this service is way way too high. #2. I didn't feel confident that the individual who performed my taxes was actually competent in this area as she had to keep calling her boss, just to complete my taxes. #3. Customers Don't leave with a copy of their taxes. I was told to just go to the Hewitt Jackson website, create a login and I could view my tax forms that were just submitted. #4. My refund amount this year is substantial SMALLER than last year. I would seriously think about using them again. Kerri Ono"

"Jackson Hewitt has some of the best staff! Every walk in visit of mine has been met with courtesy and a professional attitude. I like the convenience of the locations, it's a win-win for people like me who would forget without a reminder. Tim W. was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. He explained everything as he went. I spent less than an hour with him and left very satisfied with the work he did. The last few times have been just as smooth.
