"We worked with a tax accountant named Rodney last year for 2020 taxes. We had an initial discussion with him and we were hopeful but he completely blew it. We thought he was handling our business tax filing and he didn't do anything for it and now we have to pay another advisor to fix it this year. PLUS he literally didn't do anything for weeks after we gave him all our information, then we had to contact him and he said he didn't even know he was supposed to be doing anything. A very bad and expensive experience."

"Good, prompt knowledgeable service. ** Edit, 2020 ** Will NEVER be back. Our new advisor seemed clueless. Wouldn't return emails or phone calls promptly. Screwed up our taxes AND THEN filed them without us having signed anything. Reason we hadn't signed was because I found an error and wanted it fixed before filing. THEN they tried to charge us nearly $500 for simple tax service and lost our returns when I went to pick them up. Complete mess and I will not be back. Very disappointing because I have been working with people in that office for nearly 20 years. Never again. *** Edit, 1/2021 *** Found yet ANOTHER error in last year's taxes today when going to pull out my stuff for this year. Unbelievable. Zero Excuses. My taxes are not complicated, but I chose over the years to not deal with it. With what this office charges, and the awful service they now give...I still will not return. As for the "owner's response," you did attempt to make it right by correcting the error, refiling an amendment and refunding me a very small amount of my fees. Still, I waited over 6 months before my amendment was processed and my $800 refund was received. Clearly this was a COVID/IRS problem, but my return should have never been filed without approval/signature in the first place. I have no faith in this office after it changed from Wings Tax to Block Advisors. Never again."
