"My Boston terrier/pug mix was diagnosed with spinal disease in the fall. She lost most of her coordination and muscle control in her hind legs. I was told to keep her on strict activity restriction for 6 weeks and if she didn't get better, I would have to consider surgery. I found this wheelchair online, and it helped her out more than I could have ever imagined! The wheelchair gave Murphy the support she needed to rest her back. But allowed her to be mobile and regain some independence. This also allowed her to regain muscle strength. It took much longer than 6 weeks, but she did stop knuckling and I rarely use the wheelchair with her now. I am very appreciative of this assistive device!"

"Awesome Company!! A+++++ I can't say enough wonderful things about Animal Ortho Care! These people are THE BEST to work with! Victoria, the customer service manager, is awesome! She always answers the phone when I call or returns a voicemail immediately. She acts as if your pet is the only pet she is working on - even refers to them by name. When our brace arrived, there were treats in the box so my dog, Thor, connected the treats with the brace and knew immediately that the brace was just for him. The brace is meticulously hand crafted according to the measurements and casting that you do and it is made of superb materials. They have created an awesome video to walk you through how to cast properly and if you can't do it, you can call them to walk you through it. When we received our brace, Victoria asked for pictures to make sure we were strapping it to his leg correctly. AOC is not just selling random braces. They are serious about the precise fit for each particular animal and follow-up is quick if an adjustment needs to be made. After we had our brace for about a month, a little adjustment needed to be made. Victoria alerted the Fabrication Team of the issue and told them that we would be shipping our brace back for the adjustment. The Fabrication Team received our brace at 10:00 am on a Thursday and they repaired it and had it back in the mail to us the same day so Thor would not have to be without it long. We will be forever grateful for all they have done to help improve the quality of life for our Thor. We will always return to them when we need further products or guidance regarding brace options.
