"I'm not sure what is going on at this store, but for the first four years of bringing my GSD here for grooming and shopping (even beginner puppy classes), I would've given 5 stars all day. But a few months ago, the manager called to change our grooming appointment from our typical mid weekday to a weekend before close (of which they charge more on the weekend) and then it all went downhill from there. The groomer did a horrible incomplete service. I spoke with the manager and she said my pup was having issues that have been noted in her file (but never shared with me), I called her out on this as she herself had groomed my dog on and off over the four years I had been going there. She couldn't answer my questions, kept skirting whatever they thought was going on and ultimately said I need to bring my GSD elsewhere. Tis fine because she is much happier at the new groomer. I won't be back to this store for anything ever again."
"Usually love going to this store, always welcoming and nice workers. Had placed an pickup order for this store, when the lady came out she gave me my stuff in a way showing she was annoyed and i know i did nothing wrong i thanked her and she said nothing, as i was about to pull out i saw her walking in shaking her head! like i just dont know what i did. ill give her the benefit of maybe shes having a bad day but she could at least smile she doesnt have to talk. other than this minor convenience i love this store when i go in."
"After I placed my order I never received a confirmation email, so I waited a half hour, then called the store. Danielle checked and said the order appeared stuck somehow so she pushed it through and picked the item for the order herself while I was on the phone. I am very impressed by Danielle's helpfulness and effort."
"Shoutout to the WORKER here who pet my dog without permission??? Dressed in gray, reeks of cigarettes, wearing kitty ears. You work in animal care. You should know better and you didn’t even look at me nor ask. Disgusting smell and personality wise."
