"Will not come here anymore after several times of me not getting my coupon. I was supposed to get my 5$ off at target coupon my last prescription I filled and never got it. When I asked why I didn’t get it he just said I’m not sure we have none of that information. This has happened to me 3X now where the employees are stealing the coupons and it’s one of the reasons I go there."

"I've used this pharmacy a couple times since it's on my way home from my doctor's office, but the last time will be my last. I called before hand to see if my prescription was sent over correctly and if it was available for pick up, since I was on a time crunch to get my child my school. I sat on hold for over 10 minutes, I eventually hung up. Once arrive, I sat in line for at least another 15 minutes. Once it was my turn up, an older woman jumped the line and went up to the counter since she knew the person that was working there. The employee helped her and didn't say a word about the line, so I ended up standing in line for another 10 minutes as they went on with their casual conversation. Once I got up to the counter, I received no apologies for the long wait line or anything about her friend who jumped the line. She kept pushing me on the flu shot on me as well, I declined over three times. I'll do the extra drive to the Andover location since I feel their service is much better and faster."
