"I never received an email confirmation about my online order, nor did I receive an email that my order was ready for pickup or that an item I ordered was cancelled. I had to reach out to customer service to find this information out - though Petco had no problem charging my credit card right away. When I went to pick up my items, the sales person said my items weren't there and it took a manager to see my name on this list."

"Great! We bring our dog here regularly. I schedule grooming appointments for my dog on the app - super easy to use and there's tons of availability at this location. My dog is always taken care of and if you ask, they can add a little trim for their paws. We do the shed+ release and it's so worth it! especially for a golden. The staff is amazing! Would recommend to anyone."

"Dead fishes everywhere. I was literally standing by myself for a good 35 minutes and no one even came to see how I was doing or helped me. It was really slow and 3 workers present on the floor. Tanks were not up to date with price tags considering there were different fishes in the tanks from what is posted. Very poorly maintained fish. This store should not be selling fish at all. Workers lack the knowledge to keep and sell fish."
