"Banfield Pet Hospital is great. At first, I was a little reluctant to book here because it is a chain and I was worried services would feel less personal, but I was wrong. They were able to schedule an appointment with short notice and referred me to a coupon for my first visit - saving me money. The vet who called me spent a long time on the phone with me explaining my cat's checkup and going over my options. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into services or up-charged, and the staff were so warm and welcoming. The vet was very sweet and staff took great care of my cat, who seemed less stressed than normal on the way home. Fees for service were reasonable. I will definitely return! Thanks Banfield!"
