"i don’t really ever leave reviews for places but the staff here absolutely deserve it!! i have a very reactive dog who has a lot of anxiety specifically around other dogs, and meeting new people. i mentioned this on the phone even before solidifying an appointment, and the woman on the phone automatically set me up with a trazodone prescription to pick up and assured me they would be able to work with us. when i got to the appointment and the first tech and i made sure no other dogs would be in for the day, they allowed my dog to roam and sniff around the lobby and exam room, and were so incredibly patient and respectful of him/his boundaries. meeting with the vet and other tech was just as incredible. they were just as patient, and were willing to base his care day of/in the future around his reactions and comfort. they were incredibly informative, answered any questions i had, and were also one of the first vets i’ve visited who were incredibly receptive to my dogs more affordable/simple diet, and did not try to push other foods onto me like past vets have. overall i am so excited to have found this place, and cannot recommend them enough. the entire staff is incredible and the prices are very affordable. thank y’all so very much."

"Needed to find a vet closer to me and my current vet retired and was bought by new owners - totally different vibe. Sought a new vet for months and got a great referral for CITYSCAPE VETS from multiple employees at Chuck and Don's on Lake. Took my aging small dog to see Dr. Angie Jung. I was happy to find this location and that she is also a vet certified in acupuncture and considers a natural approach for treatments in her practice. I took my dog in for a meet/exam and was very pleased. I liked the calm and conservative but very knowledgeable approach to the issues my dog has which is an enlarged heart, advanced age and dental disease. Dr. Jung and her vet tech, Ashley - helped me understand the issues, the potential treatments and alternative views for her care. I really appreciate the in depth look at her particular situation. I left in good hands with a written assessment that helps me keep track of all the info. Great follow up to her blood work and all questions answered. I am confident going forward as she is aging that we have a great vet to help with her care and they are so close by. Glad we can call our senior dog a patient of Dr. Angie Jung at Cityscape Vets! Happy. The location is super clean and pleasant - parking is good. Samantha got us our appointment and helped answer initial questions upon our first call. She made me confident that I was heading into a good experience with a new clinic. Good team - I recommend this vet clinic."
