"Used to really love it here. My dog was really sick this summer and the countless appointments and money spent never lead to an answer on what’s going on. Just prescribed him more meds that didnt do anything for his health and thankfully I went to get a second opinion to figure out what was going on. Just super sad this place used to be so good. They just try to get as many appointments in as possible and you’ll be in the room for 2 minutes and then have to swipe your card for hundreds.. they don’t really care about your animals, just the money. Back in the day they even doubled up on my little girls rabies shots after I had told them she was up to date. They give out waaaaay too many shots because my new place says they shouldn’t have given dogs certain shots every year and they forsure do! So just watch out…. Make sure to look at every little thing they are doing. Will never return here!"

"My sphynx cat had been in the ER the night before. I called to speak to Dr Epping right away the next morning. He refused my call and said you need a heart dr. Sad he turned an animal away. I was happy to know Kelly Animal Hospital took my cat in immediately and did labs and X-rays. They got my cat in for a cardio echocardiogram 3 days later. Within a week we have a plan with a vet who would take the time to help my cat and reassure me we have a good plan. Shame on you Dr. Epping for being so selfish and an arrogant dr!"
