"I hated the quality of care given to my dog, but, unfortunately, I had their wellness plan. I was stuck with those costs for an additional year, but decided to find a new vet within that time because I would not ever bring my dog back. They began scheduling appointments on my behalf as he was “over due”. The worst customer service, the worst business model, and the worst wellness plan offered."

"Currently I am not happy with a phone call re: my pups health. Are the people who answer calls vet techs or pre med because I do not feel my pup is doing well. The person at the other end of the phone does not know my dog's health and when you sound unsure what to say, ask a doctor don't assume. After looking at the Banfield reviews I see they just have a couple of generic comments that tells you who to contact. Pretty sad"

"The first time I've ever been here, my dog was treated for a uti. I was there for about an hour and a half. They were very thorough and also very kind. The staff was very helpful in educating me on what was going on and how to prevent these problems in the future. Their wellness plan is awesome it did cost me about 230 for everything including the plan. If you're not a patient person this one isn't for you however if your patient and care about your pets full well being than I'd recommend. They were busy when I came in. They got my dog back into the exam room within 15 minutes of me being there. They did a urine test, a rectal exam, vaccines and also an ultrasound like I said very thorough. You can tell their care about your pets well being. They didn't push anything on me just recommend what they think was best. Blaine the vet tech was a sweetheart and so was the vet I saw."

"Worst place to bring your pet. Rude employees who like to hang up when things get complicated. Charge you for anything possible and won’t work with you through anything. Never tracked my puppies records something was always lost. They don’t allow you to go back with your pet if they treat customers this way I’d be scared to see how they treat my loved one."
