"I am so impressed with this clinic , first off Aly at the front is SO sweet and definitely knows what she’s talking about so I felt very comfortable with the idea of leaving my precious little puppy with her and the rest of the staff. She handled his anxiety with beauty too which was great because he normally doesn’t trust anyone! The vet was quick with the job but did great! "I got my Rottweiler key scheduled and this lady named Aly absolutely made me and keys day! She gave the biggest smile and from that point i knew this was the place to be at! That vibrant energy she has is unmatched! I will be recommending you guys to any and everyone!! Aly keep being great! We love you!!"

"It had the best and cheapest puppy plan for my dog. I didn’t really appreciate the vet we saw. There are many others and I will chose to see other going forward."

"I am sad and torn. I have brought my lab mix to you for her all 12 years of her life. You as a facility completely dropped the ball while helping me with my husband's beagle last spring. The vet really did what any of the vets i took him to prior should have done, listened to my concerns about him and helped find a short term solution to treat him until he was ready to pass on. She did help me when other vets gave vague reasons or help. I appreciate the extra time we got from this vets help...BUT in the end, I called 3 times in 4 days to speak to the vet or even relay a message to a tech to get her opinion on if we should let him go or if there was anything else she could think of. I've never dealt with this decision before. So to be told 3 times that she would call or email me back and NEVER getting a response, really made a terrible week even worse. In the end, my beagle told me it was time and I am confident that I made the right decision. Just feels like we were just for money and that people's feelings don't matter. It's unethical in my opinion. Now I am fighting with my moral compass to even come back with my lab mix. I don't want to be treated like that again. This happened in June, and I still think about it. So I decided to finally leave my review. Do better."

"We brought our sweet boy of 13 years in to get put down. Whoever came up with the idea of the button is an idiot. We had to press a button to indicate to the vet to come in and administer the euthanasia medication. It felt as though we were killing our puppy ourselves. We have never been to a vet office that does this. And there’s probably a reason for that. The vet was also rushing the process which was entirely wrong. She injected the medication to put him to sleep and immediately followed up the the one to euthanize him. He wasn’t even asleep yet when he died, despite me asking her to wait. The vet tech on the other hand was amazing. She was incredibly patient and kind. She brought in a basket of forbidden snacks for our puppy to try because “no dog should die without trying chocolate.” The overall experience wasn’t great. I highly recommend going elsewhere if you need to put your pet down."
