"Got a new puppy, the front desk/vet assistants are incredible! They are very warm/welcoming to you and your Pets. I have had a less than stellar experience each time we have gone, though they have really fair pricing and availability without much hassle. This last time we went, took our 7-8 week old pup, and the Veterinarian said he had hip dysplasia (she could feel the hips popping is what she stated). Repeated that he will have hip dysplasia not explaining anything additional, asked if we had a guarantee and if our breeder checked parents for this genetic defect. Tried to ask for some additional explanation, and better understanding of what to expect. Though we were pretty much dismissed/ignored. She didn't provide any explanation, was just cold and short... which is the experience I've had in the past. (Though has never given dire news on my other animals) Did some research and chatted with another Veterinarian... they can't be diagnosed at that age, rechecked the paperwork and it didn't state HD... Super unhappy and we will not be going back. Which stinks as the rest of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and just engaging while we are there. If you want warmth and explanation/what to expect... we would recommend to check elsewhere."

"The Drs here are usually amazing. Same with the staff. This week I have talked to a (new) receptionist Taryn who has been rude and condescending to me. Telling me they don't do things that I have had done once a month for over a year now. I had an invoice in front of me as she was saying they don't do that and u told her that and she said k cool in a rude tone. I asked to speak to someone else. She put me on hold and then hung up on me. I called back and luckily recieved Amanda. She was able to get everything figured out. (Bless her heart) These are my kids that I bring there and if I can be treated like this by her as a receptionist, how will she interact with my fur kids? Dr. Tammy is awesome Amanda and Karissa are amazing. Talking to main guy there in regards to Taryn and how I was treated and felt. I said inwill see how next appt goes. I'm unsure of continuing on here. He said I was making a threat. I was making a comment about not knowing if I wanted my kids to continue at healthy paws due to how I was being treated and I did not want my kids treated poorly. This is not a threat. It's a statement. I really like Dr. Tammy and the majority of the staff there. They have always been a safe spot for my babies to see the Dr. Now idk. Does one person who has given a bad experience to myself deem enough to switch. Idk yet. We will see how next appt goes."

"this was our first time taking our cats to a vet, the people who work here are so kind! they were very straight forward and friendly with all of this information we needed to know. compared to other places i called who’s front desk people were crabby and not so friendly the front desk lady( i can’t remember her name) was so polite and kind. i highly recommend going here, especially if you are new to owning a pet. the pricing is also very reasonable!"
