Reviews
"I've read the other reviews and share their disappointment with this clinic. I'm a graduate from this fine University and former Provider in my field of study. I enjoyed my education as well as my profession-but not this clinic. Many problems. Much difficulty. Lacked the level of kindness and caring that is so important. Thanks Belle for your rating of rheumatology clinic. You did mention they "berated" you-at the "U". I Had that experience as well. Also thanks to Renee sharing your experience and how the nurse "insinuated" things not true. I share in this as well. They should apologize for mistakes, not deny and blame the patient. I wasn't helped and left rheumatology clinic very disappointed."
"Upon arriving at the Edina clinic, the intake nurse refused me admittance to accompany my young adult son because of Covid. My son is terribly ill, doesn’t even know why he’s going to the appt and Knows nothing about rheumatology or why the appt was made. She was denying me as his advocate to go in with him and she insinuated that I snuck past 2 other intake personal to make it to the waiting room. She offered no solution even though I said this wasn't going to work. We were both wearing masks and both of our temps were taken at the door. I’ve been to countless visits with my son over the past few months with no issues, even the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. No one has even questioned me being there as I advocate for him in his dire state of health. I went to the front desk and they appealed to the Dr. and they got me in right away. The doctor was great, however, that one nurse made the experience terrible."
"If you are a new patient who needs to see a rheumatologist, dont go here. I found out that my chronic issues were due to an autoimmune disease. I got a referral to see a rheumatologist at the U of M. After calling the first time, they said it could be 1-2 weeks before they could take an intake over the phone (not even scheduling an appointment). Well after a week and a half, I called back and got berated for not being patient enough. Called back after over 2 weeks with still NO ANSWERS and still no intake. Now it's been over 3 weeks and my symptoms have worsened with no help and no answers from this clinic. I finally called the health partners rheumatology clinic on Phalen Blvd and they IMMEDIATELY got me an appointment. I need to go back to school in a week and they were kind enough to get me in before that. Go to the Health Partners Clinic in St.Paul if you ACTUALLY need to see someone. Horrible, never have been so frustrated with a clinic."
