"I made an appointment within 48 hours. Super easy to complete online. After checking in, I was promptly led into the exam room. They explained every test and initiated two eye tests. I then waited for the other optometrist to execute the remaining tests. He noticed something irregular so he had me re-checked. I thought this was great. I left after one hour with my prescription and went to shop for glasses."

"The exam and fitting were awesome. The technician who taught about how to put in / take out contacts was terrific. The day we came to confirm the contacts and potentially order was the problem. It was really irritating that the office staff member would not provide information about pricing or ordering contacts until we settled our bill for the fitting - which had arrived in the mail that day, so we were NOT in any way delinquent, though we were treated as such. Certainly didn’t feel appreciated as a customer when the staff member would not answer questions or provide pricing / ordering information until we paid. As a result, we did not order contacts from the provider and will take that portion of our business elsewhere."
