"I find it pretty hinky when these 3rd-party services aren't covered by a patient's insurance company yet still perform services on a non-participating patient. It's also hinky there isn't a website where a person can pay a bill online. 21st century people!! I'm not mailing my account information on a bill. You can wait patiently for the money order."

"I had been trying to make a payment over the phone as there does not seem to be an option for online payments. As my last name starts with an "O" I was required to call Deb at extension 3. I left 2 messages for Deb and didn't receive a call back. After I left her a third message mentioning that this was my third message and I would really appreciate a call back I finally did get a call back. However, instead of being friendly or apologetic, she just blamed not returning my previous calls on my accent. I do have an English accent but I speak perfectly clearly, and in 12 years of living in the US I have never once had anyone claim that they did not return a voicemail due to my accent before. Outrageously unprofessional."
