"Could not get a human to answer the phone. Made an appointment online 5 weeks out. Not a single person contacted me or made any sort of effort. I was so excited to finally get to see somebody about my issues. The day before my appoint at 5:08pm I get a voicemail saying my appoint is canceled for no reason. At 7pm I get a text saying my appointment is the next day and I need to download an app to get ready for it. I get a phone call as my driving to the office that my appoint is canceled. When I ask why the woman who was being rude on purpose said it was an insurance mix up and they wouldn’t take cash. I asked why nobody would have called me earlier so we could have straightened this out, they have had my appointment for 5 weeks?! The receptionist just said “no”. That was her full answer? Why could we not have gotten my paperwork done earlier than the day before my appointment? “No”. These people don’t care about you don’t go see them"

"Well gave 5 stars other day great office visit with doc sikand here is down fall the person who schedules surgery left for day which was noon on a Tues. Told will get call next Dat to schedule my surgery well no call so I call no answer. Now it's Thursday still no call so I call again no answer so left another message so right now not that happy"

"I’m so sorry to see any negative reviews about Ear, Nose & Throat Consultants. I had a very positive experience receiving health care at the Northwest Office. The only problem that I had was getting a fast appointment date. I assumed the wait was because there were so many patients wanting help. Whenever I come to the office, I’m greeted by their friendly and helpful reception and nursing staff. I appreciate how they have seating is arranged in the patient waiting area. Seats are separated about 2 to 3 feet apart. I feel uncomfortable sitting shoulder to shoulder with strangers in a medical office. I moved to Las Vegas 1 and 1/2 years ago from San Diego. For the last 8 years, I suffered off and on with vertigo. I experienced dizziness turning over in bed, getting out of bed, bending over, and sometimes just walking. In San Diego to minimize the problem, I was prescribed Meclizine by my physician. No other options to resolve my problem were provided. My primary physician here in Las Vegas referred me to ENTC for my problem, where I met with Dr. Allen Young. Dr. Young is amazing. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, and he asked many questions about my symptoms. He explained what vertigo was and how it was affecting me. At our first meeting he actually took me through a couple of physical maneuvers. Right there in the office, my dizziness subsided. I don’t know what anyone else would need to resolve this type of problem, but it’s what I needed. I highly recommend ENTC for your health care needs. And again, thank you so Dr. Young, you’ve made my life so much better. Teola Ellen Brown"

"I received a urgent referral to this office and it was impossible to reach them by phone or website. I went in person to make the appointment and the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and condescending. After being as polite as I could be, she said "we might be able to get you an appointment" 6 months out for an urgent issue. After I insisted it was urgent she just repeated herself, zero compassion. Someone who could barely read/understand the referral deciding how soon you can get treatment is insane. Avoid at all cost!"
