Las Vegas Urology

"Another update; They scheduled my surgery w/Dr. Grudinski & cancelled on me TWICE in 1 month. I had to take off multiple days of work & lose hundreds of dollar$$ because they're so disorganized. Total mess. Then they said they'd email me with a list of confirmed times they could reschedule, but never sent it. I got a rude voicemail saying I was supposed to let them know when I can reschedule. This all feels intentional, the schedulers are very rude & blame you for their mistakes/disorganziation/incompetence. Update: they finally got back to me & I’m scheduled for my surgery. I went to LV Urology in Henderson/Green Valley months ago & had an introduction appointment for a Vasectomy with PA-C Kyle LeFevre (very nice) for Dr. Zapinsky, I paid a co-pay & they charged my insurance. I was told there would be a follow up appointment but there never was. Left multiple messages but never any returned. All dead-end voicemails with no follow-up. It's insane they can't even call or email you back with ANY information for months. I would like my $$ returned ASAP & to speak to someone."

"This rating goes solely to Rachel Bowers PA at this practice. Most male doctors don't listen, they act as if they are doing you a favor by simply gracing you with their presence, and have already diagnosed you without hearing your story. Rachel listens, is up-to-date regarding female urogynecology issues (more than my ob/gyn), and takes time to see and hear you an an individual. Although I know that my appointments at Las Vegas Urology will always involve a length wait, Rachel Bowers is worth it. In a city of seriously deficient medical professionals, she is a superstar!"

"Dr Zapinsky puts you at ease, talks to you, not down to you. Seems to be a good guy that knows what he’s doing. Staff was polite and attentive. 1-16-23…edit, My insurance company denied my MRI in November. The doctor’s office staff never returned my calls for assistance with this matter. They received the same denial letter as I did, yet nothing was done to address or resolve the issue. Dr. Zapinsky could be the best in his field, but his support staff will keep me from going back to him. I lack the confidence in them to do the right thing."

"The office Ladies are very very nice. Never have to wait on hold more than a minute, Do not sit in lobby for more than 10-15min if that. They are kind smart and on top of their jobs. Always going out of their way to bring on a smile. Both Doc Zapenski and his assistant doc are wonderful. Always answer all my questions and always is a good visit. Highly recommend this office!"
