"I had a bilateral ear infection that was out of control. I went to the ER twice in a 4 day span (given a Z pack which does not help with a severe dual ear infection) and could not find a single ENT that could see me within 2 weeks. Dr. John Scully was empathetic and able to see me the next day in the AM. He listened to my concerns, provided meaningful insight, and seemed genuinely concerned about my care. I cannot stress how diminished my quality of life was for the 4 days without treatment prior to seeing Dr. Scully. With his help I started to feel better in 2-3 days. My hearing was still diminished so after a checkup a steroid was added to help with inflammation to return my hearing to normal. Best doctor experience I have ever had. Thank you for all you do. 5/5"
