"I had two PCA who were no call, no shows. Then I got a really great PCA, but then I got a call saying that she couldn't see me anymore, because she had another job, but they had another girl for me. I was never called about the new PCA, and when my boyfriend called, he was given a totally different story about my previous PCA. We got tired of their non professionalism and told them that we would no longer be needing their services."
