"When I first started with Centerwell they were welcoming and professional. However what broken down was their referral system. I needed an ENT and cardiologist I had cancer in the back of my nose and I have heart disease and afrib. I had been going to Centerwell since September of last year. Referral never got me a ENT and it took months to get a referral to the cardiologist I wanted.Then I needed an authorization for a brand medication for seizures I have been on for over 25 years that took over a month. Thank goodness for my vacation supply. I was also on an anxiety med for as needed I was running out. I had had a 30 day supply that lasted over 9 months. Never got a prescription. Everyone was kind and friendly but that is not enough. Illia S. was very helpful with my mental health concerns. Rachael found an UTI that no one else thought to look for. I was loosing my balance and got no referrals to help me with that. I could not drive or walk alone. I have since moved on a new primary where within the day I received all the referrals I needed and the prescription for the anxiety med. One day. The referral system at this Centerwell does not work . Move on if you are not getting your needs met."
