They treat you like you're crazy for having symptoms, and seem to hate working here Having that kind of heartless attitude is not what you want to encounter when you're going in for health concerns Avoid at all costs, unless it's a dire emergency and there's no time to go anywhere else"

"A big shout out to Dr. Almeqbeli’s nurse, Nelson. He always makes me feel well taken care of and has a calming oresence. He’s a superstar and deserves a 5 out of 5 stars. In fact, all of the staff is amazing. The front desk personnel is always polite and very helpful. I’ve been coming here for less than a year and am happy to say, I feel like it’s turning out to be a good fit. Dr. Almeqbeli really came through for me today. Thank you, the shot seems to be working and am feeling a little better. See you all next month."

"Feeling a little nervous today because I was being introduced to a new Dr. Nelson was so amazing, which made me comfortable when it was time to meet the Dr. I look fwd to my next appointment and getting better acquainted with new Dr. :-)"

"Took off work and scheduled an appointment. It got cancelled while I was already on my way so I missed the call. No worries, it happens. A few weeks later it’s the evening before my appointment and I get a call that they have to cancel again. I already took off work and now I’m out of my medication so no, I can’t cancel again. I had to beg them to squeeze me in, so now I get relocated to the Summerlin location for an earlier time. I let my work know for the 3rd time that I am having to move my appointment, luckily I work somewhere that is flexible. Now I’m at Summerlin and the first thing said to me is “Did they warn you about the doctor?” …um no? “The doctor is great but she works really slowly. You won’t be seen for at least an hour and a half, maybe longer. Do you want to reschedule?” Now I’m seeing a pattern with UMC and explained everything I’ve already been through to get here, plus drove 25 minutes to this location. The secretary said “Ok, please have a seat and wait then.” I will be transferring to a completely different doctor’s office and staying far away from UMC after today."

"Would like to give a "big shout-out" to all at, Umc Spring Valley Quick Care. On 11/26/23 came in with much pain and "makeshift " crutches for a broken foot(xrays confirmed), after falling off ladder. A bad day for me or anyone else coming in the front door with some kind of illness. However, the staff here was efficient and professional in taking care of me, and others who were checked in to see a doctor. Starting with Becky (front desk), when she called my name, I was slow to respond because of my situation. She looked out, and brought me a wheelchair to get me signed in. Once in, got immediate attention from nurses, Christine and Dan. Handed over to Debbie (xray technician) who was very informative and took great "pictures "of my foot revealing damage. Dr Truong, directed and explained my situation, and had nurses put on a splint, which offered relieve and protection. A sincere thank you to all.. God bless. Robert Schumacher."
