"I have been with Dr. Raja S Mehdi since 2012. It is the best thing that could have happened to me to find him in this tough battle. The nurses there are very professional, every time I go I feel like family. Thank you all for taking care of me."
"I have been a patient through chemotherapy since December of 2022 I recently went back to work and lost my Medicaid I had an appointment for a port flush on this coming Monday and was told I would have to go somewhere else because they will not accept cash pay payments! So after trusting DR Mehdi with my treatment they just throw me aside!"
"My mother had her first appointment here today. We just found out this week that she has cancer. The woman who took my mother's vitals was very rude; didn’t provide her name, and wore no name tag or badge. After attempting to take the vitals once, she told my mom it didn't work because she was moving too much, in an unkind tone. There was no explanation beforehand that she needed to remain still, nor any mention during the process that it would help. Instead, there was just a rude tone when it didn't work. Kindness and consideration should be paramount in a facility like this. Myself, my two children, and two siblings accompanied my mother to this appointment for support. When I made the appointment, I wasn't informed of the limit on the number of accompanying people. The same nurse who took the vitals informed me, 'Only two of you can go back. The room is not large enough.' Customer service is crucial, especially in a cancer center. She didn’t apologize for the lack of information or attempt to accommodate us, considering this information was never shared. Despite advertising about support groups throughout the building, at the first appointment where we learned the details of my mother's cancer, we were limited to two family members, and this wasn't communicated beforehand. We had to adjust our work schedules to attend as a support system, yet we didn’t feel adequately prepared for this already difficult and unexpected situation. The doctor provided informative and helpful information. Cynthia was also wonderful! The women who sat at the check in/out window was informative and kind."
"Dr. Medhi has been wonderful and extremely accurate in combating my mother’s lung cancer. We feel she is in the best hands with Dr. Medhi. The Mayo Clinic doctors were very complimentary with his approach and confirmed he is spot on with his treatment. Dr. Medhi is a truly skilled Oncologist and we are very grateful for the care and compassion he is providing our family."
