"This was my first time visiting. My previous Dr. switched to pediatric only. I was looking for a new practice to visit that sees adults and children, as I am expecting. I visited for myself and brought my husband along. The lobby and patient rooms were all clean. Every staff member has a positive attitude and seems genuinely happy. I come from a family of doctors so it’s always obvious when staff is treated appropriately or not. Desiree was such a joy. Her mood made my experience instantly fun and enjoyable. For the exam I saw Mark. I do highly recommend him. The appointment was short, sweet, and to the point which is what I like. Nobody likes visits that feel like they take up your whole day. We checked-in and were out within less than an hour. He attentively addressed the 3 concerns I came in with. This was on the other side of town from us, about 30 min. freeway drive depending on traffic. But my husband and I were both impressed and will likely continue seeing Mark at Hale Family Practice. Finding a general medicine provider you enjoy is difficult in this town."
