"I am so pleased at the treatment my mom received at Surgical Arts Center. This place was very clean and quiet. The front desk staff and pre-op / post op nurses were amazing. I would highly recommend Surgical Arts Center to anyone. Thank you for taking such great care of my mom!"
"Horrible experience! When I asked the nurse if I could give my wedding rings to my husband in the waiting room she said no. She said she was putting them in an envelope sealed with my patient sticker where they would be "secure". That was the LAST time I saw my wedding ring. I never even opened the envelope. My engagement ring fell out in front of me and I have no idea what happened to my wedding ring. When I went back numerous times to talk to the receptionist and manager, but they were apathetic. The office manager brought out a document she said I signed after my surgery saying I had all my valuables. I don't even remember getting dressed after my surgery, so how could I have been coherent enough to know I had all my valuables?! The only person who actually showed they cared was Dr. Bigler at my follow up. This all could have been avoided had the nurse let me give my rings to my husband. Then to make a horrible experience worse, I just got a bill from them saying I owe them $800 more! Any money I have saved for a new ring, I now have to give to the people who lost my ring. I would give them a 0 rating for bad customer service if possible."
"I think this is the worst Surgery Center I've ever been to as a patient or professionally. I have woken up during the procedure on two occasions out of I think the five I've been there they can't get IV started nobody seems to know anything so at this point since I don't want to go back to the surgery center I may have to change doctors so sad they cannot get it together I am tired of being a pincushion and nobody knowing anything and it's inexcusable to wake up during a procedure goodbye Surgical Arts. This is in my opinion as a medical professional"
"I had a great nurse Ross, he was kind, talkative and made me feel comfortable even though I was nervous about my surgery. It did seem like he was new but did a great job, but overall everyone was great and nice. Thank you everyone for providing great care."
"I cannot say enough about the excellent staff! The nurses, Jenn, Kim, Heather, Nissa, and John have cared for me on MANY occasions. Each one of them are compassionate, thoughtful, caring, and kind! BEST experience I could have had!! Thank you Surgical Arts Center!"
