"This is a horrible business, Audrey cancel 2 of my appointment with no reason and don’t call back at all, and was late for one appointment for 1 hour. She also broke contract for one year, this is SCAM BUSINESS, DO NOT GO!"
"She keeps charging my card $114 a month when we agreed upon an end date. Haven’t been there in two months yet she still bills me and now doesn’t return my calls or messages. Beware of setting up any monthly contracts. She doesn’t honor what she tells you. Her machines are out dated."
"The communication hasn’t always been the best & she would show up late to most of the appointments. I had left a message that I had to reschedule the day of because of a family emergency. I ended up calling 3 different times I left my name & phone number. I had been going here for about 9 months had a Groupon & considered getting another treatment because the laser treatments worked quickly but after this last time just plain rude & inconsiderate. Still have not heard back it’s almost been 2 weeks. If you’re thinking about trying this place consider different options somewhere with better communication."
