"Came into my appointment on time, they made me wait for a good 40 minutes for them to call me to the front and tell me that I was scheduled incorrectly for my appointment. That I wasn't supposed to be seen that day even though the doctor had told me so. And that wasn't the first time it happened. They honestly just need to learn how to read their notes and schedule right because they're just wasting people's time. Had to call off from work just to waste my day."

"Never coming back again. Doctor didn't take care of any of my concerns, she said " because you don't have insurance there's no need for you to do anything else right now unless it keeps bothering you, because I just want to focus on one thing at a time". Lady I don't even see you as a professional with that answer. I'm a paying up front customer and I came here to take care of my self and medical concerns. Definitely not coming back ever again."

"As I walked in to get checked in, I notice that two out of the four workers were not wearing their masks. One just had it just above her lip and another one was wearing it on her chin. I came in to get my heart looked at. I made this appointment back in November They changed my appointment time the night before, by 30 min which was fine and then the doctor changed. I get it doctors come and go as they please. Then I had my experience with Nayeli. Icing on the cake. If you want the robots and complacency book your appointment"

"I went to see Dr Neville for anti-anxiety medication & she brought in a social worker. Both sat down & told me that they wanted me to do in-patient hospitalization immediately and we’re VERY overwhelming & pushy about it after I explicitly said no many times. I understand she was using her “best judgment” but as I told her I have a job, a family, & animals to take care of. The social worker took my phone & glasses out of the room “by mistake” immediately after asking me if they were mine & I said yes, also after they had just tried to hospitalize me & sent me into a panic attack. I was there for 3hrs on the dot for something that was supposed to take maybe 30-45min. The first medication she prescribed was a complete miss, my skin & bones were on fire & I was basically sedated for two days when I only took it one time. She then prescribed me a medication that did work really well & then cancelled it & kept sending over refills for the one that made me a zombie. I’ve called twice about the subject & was on hold for over 20min both times with no help. I called a third time after being off my medication for a week when I JUST started to notice the benefits & basically told them to get it together because they’re messing with my mental health. I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. It’s like a horrible experience that is never ending"

"So, I am doing my review based off of one visit. This is not my normal Nevada Health Centers. Long story short: I had injured my neck off of work, and my job wouldn't let me work if I didn't have a fit for duty. Got one at another location from another doctor. My job couldn't accommodate it. They gave me a couple weeks. Today they called me in and said I would need to get one they could accommodate or i would lose. G job, and they gave me to the following Monday (3 business days). I called to see if any Nevada Health Center doctor had any cancelations, and I was told no but that this location took afternoon walk ins. Got here at 1 to find out they did not do afternoon walk ins that day nor could walk ins do paperwork. I told them my situation. And I couldn't not believe the KINDNESS everyone had and the understanding. This was mostly thanks to the woman by the front entrance checking people in. If she didn't ask for me then I have no idea what I would do. I would very much like to thank her, and the 2 others she asked if there was anything they could do. Those 3... thank you, thank you. I forget that there are good people. Thank you again."
