"I am very happy and grateful to have found an amazing Podiatrist Clinic after long searching in all Las Vegas valley, happy to say that I finally found someone I will continue to see, I am beyond blown away of how professional and Wonderful is Dr. Earl Jacobson, and all his amazing staff from front office to back office, I truly recommend this clinic as they are very clean professional and well trained staff with all the information that they can provide you regarding and foot medical issues."
"Very caring staff, attentive, and quick! I don't have insurance, so their price was very doable for a fix to an infected ingrown toenail. Flat fee of 250, which is way better than other quotes I've gotten, and they saw me the next day after I called. I'm pain free after putting up with incessant pain for two months and I'm so grateful. Front desk ladies were thorough and considerate as well, helpful with the doctor's note I needed for work. I'm recommending them to anyone I know who complains of foot pain."
"The ladies in the front desk are so friendly!! The doctor take the time to explain what's going on. The appointment was on time. Very good service."
"The receptionist girls were really help ful and polite. They did everything in their power to help us out and to find out if they took are insurance. They could of easily turn us away and said no we dont take it, but they called our insurance company and found out that we were covered. I also want to thank the doctor as well he made my brother in law feel better and took away the horrible pain he had from his infected ingrown toe nail. I will highly recommend this clinic to family and friends. Thank you so much once again."
"I set up this appointment for my dad, accompanied him, witnessed this doctor's behavior and agree with my dad's assessment: I feel obligated to caution others from my experience with this man. The office staff and assistant, Benjamin, were very nice. However, I paid several hundred dollars to have a wart removed from my foot. For all I knew, the procedure was successfully completed. The doctor said nothing. After a few weeks, we sent a picture of the way it was progressing on the bottom of my foot and the office confirmed it looked fine but said if I wanted, I could stop by at any time for him to look at it, just for peace of mind. A few days later, further pain drove me to want him to see it. He said it looked like the wart was still there and gave me some medicine. He originally conveyed that a 'follow-up' was included in the original fee (that was also conveyed in the invitation to "stop by"), but I was then informed it cost another 50 dollars. When I expressed my concern over the clear information that one follow-up was included, I was told never to come back again. I was shocked. When I asked to speak with the doctor, he refused and reiterated, through the secretary, never to return to his clinic. When I got home, I realized the bottle of medicine, for which he charged 25 dollars, was almost empty. I have been to many doctors, over my 60 + years, and never had someone show such lack of care and unethical behavior. My wife and I are dumbfounded. We did nothing to deserve such terrible treatment. We are on a limited budget and have no insurance and now find ourselves back to where I was with my foot and being out of the 300 dollars we spent. I do not like to write such a negative review but am provoked by the unfair treatment and feel obligated to warn any other senior citizen or anyone else for that matter. When the drive for money exceeds the primary care for which we pay a lot and should be part of being a doctor, people need to look elsewhere to have their needs met."
