"One of the worst places I’ve ever been. They lost my chart, they stated they had a water leak and couldn’t find the files. So, the records I sent in email were just in their hands walking freely with it. I couldn’t understand why my paperwork would just be sitting on the counter outside where everyone could see it. The doctor was extremely nice! But the clinic itself is VERY unorganized! I had my procedure done in September, been looking for my records since. When I went for a follow up I asked the doctor for my records due to needing it for my Fertility Clinic. She stated she would email them to me. When I kept checking my chart online, no records were found. When I spoke to them and told them what the doctor said, they stated “well she didn’t put that in her notes” I’m like what does that mean when she told me that. It took so long for my clinic to get my records. They recently called me a few weeks ago saying my records were ready. I asked them for them back in September. I will not be going back!"

"This place is disjointed and has no idea what's going on. They can't tell you what you'll be paying in total. Billing is a surprise. They called to set an appointment, while we were there, in an exam room, for an appointment. One person says yes, we can do something for you, then you get a call saying no we can't. They submitted the labs for Natera with the wrong birthdate and address. It's been weeks and they don't follow up to get your results. 18 weeks pregnant and still haven't seen an OB, just a nurse practitioner. Oh and all of the appointments are separate. They'll schedule you for 2 appointments in the same day, hours apart because you have to see the nurse practitioner and then get an ultrasound. And none of this can be done together? Literally go anywhere else. This place is terrible."

"Seriously the worst experience EVER! I made an appointment for a Pap smear a month ago. I go in for my appointment they charge me $55 for my co-pay! They take me in and ask me some questions and they tell me to take my clothes off and put on a rope and wait for the doctor to come and see me! Then the Nurse assistant(very nice by the way) tells me that I was scheduled for a 15 minute visit and to set up an appointment for my Pap smear! I was there for a total of an hour from the waiting and NOT get my Pap smear done! I literally paid $55 FOR NOTHING!!!! I was so upset I will NEVEr NEVER go there again! The girl at the front desk was giving me attitude when I told her That I had just paid $55 for nothing! (She was Hispanic with black hair! I didn’t get her name) paid $55 Just for talking to the nurse assistant! This is absolutely insane!"

"I LOVE this place. Doctor De Guzman and Selene are everything you wish for in health care providers. They make me feel like I’m talking to family. Ive seen top notch doctors my whole life in NYC. Not only is Dr. De Guzman a great, smart, professional doctor, but his bedside manner is next level. That truly sets him apart. I actually look forward to talking with him because I know he’s listening and cares about me. I feel safe and understood. They take their time, are super punctual (i didn’t wait two minutes for any of my appointments) and go WAY above and beyond. Their front desk staff is wonderful as well. They always take their time explaining all the tests, scheduling options and even went out of their way to help me apply for insurance! I’m so grateful to have found them. When you go, You’ll know exactly why I feel so comfortable and cared for with them. Thank you, DR. De Guzman & Selene! You guys are the Best."
