CareNow Urgent Care - Silverado & Maryland

"I checked in on line at 7a ... I was called to come in as soon as they opened at 8a. I arrived at 810 ... I was called into a room by 815. That was great. The back office assistant said she needed to do a flu/covid test, which would take 15 mins. No problem. However, the Dr did not come in till 9a. 45 mins of just waiting in a room. Once he came in, it was literally 2 mins max. He said it would be just a few mins to get the discharge paperwork. I waited another 15 mins and had to ask if I was done. I left without the discharge notes (I can get them online) ... I was told my Rxs were called in. I understand I am not the only patient, but I felt horrible. I just wanted to go home and sleep, and I'm just sitting there waiting. Other than the excessive waiting, hjis would be 5 stars. Dr and staff were actually great!"

"This was my first time using Urgent Care. The staff was friendly yet professional. I called to see if I needed an appointment. The lady said it was a 2 hr wait and suggested I go to their website. I signed up and the actual call you to come when your appointment is coming up. That's amazing. Great Job Ladies!!"

"I had a small cut on my thumb and I was taken back immediately. Dr. Hall was there within a minute and it was sealed with a solution, as it didn’t require stitches. Dr. Hall and his nurse were unbelievably nice, compassionate and thorough. I was out the door in less than an hour. I would recommend THIS Care Now highly!"

"I came in because I had an infection from cat bites and scratches in my calf. They were so sweet and helpful there! This is the 2nd time I've been there and they always are kind and caring! As a walk-in, they got me in pretty quickly...the Dr came and ended up prescribing me antibiotics and antibiotic cream. I'm very impressed by this clinic and it's employees and highly recommend it."

"Great service Signed up online with the Web check but when I received my text and arrived at the urgent care. I still waited over an hour to go back to a room. I wish I could of had a more realistic check in time rather than waiting in the waiting room. When I could have been waiting at home comfortably other than that. The doctor nursing and front desk staff were amazing and did a great job."
