"This is the worst doctors office to schedule your cancer appointments with! This has taken me a couple months to post due to the stress I have undergone with this place. My brother was here to see the doctor …Dr.Robert Mazo should have his recourse stripped!! He refused to see my brother for treatment after my brother arrived with his transport team . My brother was in distress and had trach he was unable to speak ! I am placing a formal complaint with the medical board! The doctor left the office the distress he caused sent my brother in a sparrow tail spend and my brother never recovered he passed away days after this visit !! All of this could have been avoided. Do not i repeat !! Do not allow this dr to treat you or your family !!"

"Horrible service, my husband had a phone appointment with Dr. Burks and she never called. HE called them the same day, they said they would figure out what happened and call back. They never called back. My husband yet again called to find out that not even the assistances could get in contact with her. That’s ridiculous"

"Horrible experience. Had a referral for a surgery. They WILL NOT answer their phones and WILL NOT call you back. Had to call multiple times to talk to someone just to make an appointment Trent. When I finally did get to talk to the extremely rude woman at the desk, she told me they have absolutely no scheduling that would not interfere with me work schedule. No budging, no working with me. She then told me to just find another surgeon. Absolutely disgusting that this is how they treat people who are just seeking help."

"Run far away doesn't listen to concerns at all when mentioning about gabapentin how it was making my husband feel aggressive and angry she disregards what I said and up his meds way higher we threw them away instead. When someone telling you it isn't right then listen. What medication does for someone isn't always they same for everyone try to understand more instead of telling me their is no way he should just be tired when actually it was making him hyper."
