WHASN City Center

"Came in this morning for quickcare to see if I can get a pregnancy blood drawn. Everyone else there was very helpful, except when a Nurse, had a short hair with pink scrub came in on the room that I was put on. I came in because I was concern regarding pregnancy due to the fact I had 5 positive pregnacy test done at home. I wanted to check my result again with them this time due to the fact that my test line were getting lighter. She came inside the room, started yelling and asking question like "why did I want to get my blood drawn?" "Your test is negative" and so on. I'm not sure if that's how she usually talk, but she shouldn't be speaking that way with patients. I felt like I was not meant to be there. Like I shouldn't have come in since my test came out negative. Of course it's onlt natural for me to come and make sure if everything is okay or not. But guess what? The way she talked came out insensitive. I also informed them that I have not gotten my period yet, but I was testing postive. It was a hard morning for me to comphrend everything that was happening, and to have someone as insensitive as her.. that just made me feel so small.. I've been going to this place for a long time now, but this is the very first time I've ever had someone make me feel so small and not welcomed to check on something as important as that.. Everyone else that works there were very nice and they treated me very welcomed. Just not her. I was very upset and remembering it makes me afraid to get checked again if ever I do get another positive pregnancy test.. That nurse was the only reason why I'm giving this a 1 star. Everyone else were amazing with taking care of me and even answering questions I had."

"The nurse was nice enough but must be mentally absent since my prescriptions never got called in. I paid for a service that was never completed. I called them twice to remind them to fill the prescriptions. Still nothing. Too bad this WHASN group pretty much has a monopoly on women’s care in Vegas because every experience Ive had with them has been subpar at best. The only silver lining is that when I went in to present the issue to the office manager, she was understanding and willing to issue a refund."

"Ms. Catherine Wong took very good care of me. I needed a quick exam to find out what was wrong and she did it fast and precise. She ordered me medication that day and I am all better. She is very kind and understanding."

"My wife was very sick with a fever and had stomach pain, and she is almost in her 3rd trimester of pregnancy. We are currently going through WHASN for our pregnancy, and upon the instruction of the on call doctor, they recommended we go into this clinic for testing. While down at the clinic they needed to check the heart rate of the baby, to check if the baby was safe due to how sick my wife was. The clinic refused to allow me to go back with my wife, and required me to wait in the waiting room, despite me being the father of the baby. I informed the front desk worker that I really wanted to go back with my wife, due to being concerned about our baby and the pregnancy. I was informed due to “Covid restrictions,” I as the husband and father would not be allowed to be with my wife and unborn baby."

"Everyone is very nice & helpful at this location. Dr. Holly really listened to me and offered several options for health care and treatment. The waiting room, the patient room, and bathroom were all very clean and comfortable to use. I'm glad my doctor referred me to this place."
