"The service by Catherine through the phone and at your front desk was outstanding really made things easy for me no matter how busy it was she really took her time to make sure I had the best experience here before I met the doctor they had a tall dark guy helping me I think his name was Elijah he really helped ease my anxiety while getting a shot great personality really knows how to treat a patient and the doctor made my visit go by fast really just showed me how to apply the cream and how to wrap up my arm and got my paperwork done quickly. I forgot to ask questions while with the doctor but the girl at check out was nice enough to run to the back and ask for me I really appreciated that. Overall great experience"

"This was the smoothest doctor office experience I have ever encountered. The staff was so kind ~ they were very respectful of your time and kept you updated on how long your appointment be. When I called I was never placed on hold. Always spoke to a live person who was helpful to answer all my questions. Even the doctor called me back to help me sort out some questions I had."

"I have been to this location a couple times for different reasons. The front staff is very nice and helpful. Especially Halley she always has a smile and is very informative. The wait can very on what time you come in due to this location being very close to the strip and open 24hrs it can get very busy. I have had the opportunity to meet a couple of doctors as well and they are very pleasant and thorough. Rooms are clean but waiting area can use a little maintenance and a paint job in my personal opinion. Just remember that no matter if you go to the ER or the urgent care you will have to wait so be respectful to the staff."

"Can you guys improve the wait time to score 5 stars? I wanted to wait towards the end of my treatment to give a fair review to this company. Easy access and generous parking area. The waiting area is average but with everything you need for the long waits. Check in was fast at the counter. They send a text message to your phone to complete the registration. After the check in is where the long wait starts. Almost hit the 3 hours between check in and the time I went out of the doctor’s office. There was not much people around so I’m assuming they were shorthanded and that was the reason for the long wait. Inside the doctors offices, the spaces look clean and organized. Overall, the medical group as well as the administrative staff are good in what they do. I want to say thanks to Elsa, Maria at front desk, Angelique and Cheri in Travelers - desk were fantastic! Very knowledgeable, helpful and nice. Dr Steve Xiao, nice professional. On my second appointment, the wait still long, I would say about 2 hours and 20 minutes total. My third visit went faster. I would say 1 hour, extended because I started therapy right after I saw Dr Xiao. The therapy area is located next to Concentra, an extension of their offices. The ladies at the front desk on the therapy area were nice and helpful. Scott, the therapist assigned to me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I heard bad comments about Concentra before going there. I’m glad I was able to validate some information on my own. Thanks. It was a good experience!"
