"Our family physician left this practice. I'm sure that part of the reason was the target of only spending 7.5 minutes per patient. We have been waiting for our scheduled appts with a new provider. My husband needed a refill of a prescription that he has taken for years, that will cause withdrawal symptoms. I made 5 phone calls over the course of 2 weeks and the prescription STILL has not been called in! They don't even care."

"I've been seeing a doctor here for the last three years and today I have finally had enough and am shopping around for a new primary care physician. The office staff is disorganized and an absolute mess, causing my stress level to rise even higher whenever I go to the doctor's office. Today was the last straw. I had made an online appointment weeks ago for a 10 am appointment. I took the day off and everything. At 9 am THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT, I get a call from the office saying that my appointment was cancelled. What? I asked why, and the girl on the phone said "because you made the appointment online, it overbooked the doctor." How is this MY problem? The kicker is that when you call the office appointment line, you get a message that says "PLEASE MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE!" I am not kidding. Call the number and see for yourself -- and good luck ever getting a real, live person to talk to on the phone. I had an appointment today to review routine labwork and I desperately needed to get a refill on a medication I take daily (I have 8 pills left). The same girl on the phone "transferred" me to the prescription department, and the system promptly hung up on me. I called back several times and after waiting on hold with no answer for 45 minutes, I got in the car and drove to the office. I got there and had a very unpleasant greeting from the receptionist (once she could be bothered to stop doing her paperwork and pay attention to customers). I asked to talk to someone about getting a script refill since I couldn't get anybody on the phone after they cancelled my appointment, and she told me that they were "very busy" and had me sit and wait. I waited almost 30 minutes for a nurse to come out. When I told her my issue about the cancellation, she said, "did you make the appointment online? Because if you keep doing that, we will keep cancelling them." I don't understand what is going on with this office. If the online appointment calendar is a guaranteed cancellation, then why offer it and why on Earth would your phone line ENCOURAGE patients to use it? I've had similar issues in the past, the worst being when I checked in for an appointment and an hour later I hadn't been called back. When I went up to the receptionist desk to check, she said "oops, I forgot you were waiting." No joke. I had to reschedule then too. They're super good at wasting your time in the worst way possible. I know it's difficult to get good medical care here in Las Vegas, but this office is THE WORST. Avoid at all costs."

"We arrived at 12:40pm for a scheduled appointment at 1:00pm. At 1:10pm we were assigned a room to follow up on an X-ray. The doctor finally saw us at 2:05pm. Unfortunately the X-ray (which we informed the nurse we here to discuss) was not ready and available to the doctor. This led to another 15 minute wait. The doctor was and has been very kind, understanding, and professional. The balance of the staff we've encountered are quite the opposite. Very disappointing. We will continue to come here because the doctor is top notch. The wait times and the poor staff quality could sway us into finding a new facility if these problems persist. Overall the doctor is 5 star, the staff a 1; excessive wait times."

"I am in the process of looking for a new doctor because I can NEVER get through to anyone in this office. I had a severe allergic reaction 3 weeks ago and am YET to get a hold of anyone at this office! They do not answer the phones, do not send your prescriptions to the correct locations or send them period! I love Dr. Stephanie but I wish she would go elsewhere! This has to be the worst experience I have had dealing with a doctors office (multiple times) Not to mention the young women at the receptionist desk seem to have no clue as to what they are doing!"
