"Always a great experience at Shepherd Eye. Dr Taylor is the best! He is so kind, always answers my questions in a way that I understand, and takes my concerns seriously. All of the staff are equally helpful and polite."
"The two people at the front desk were cold & unhelpful. I asked for help signing in, but even though they were sitting behind their computers doing nothing (no other patients were standing in front of them) they curtly told me I HAD to check in at the screens. I have sciatica, which makes it uncomfortable to stand, plus my vision is blurry & the check in form is lengthy. Bad first impression. Also, when I made the appointment I mentioned that wanted the image scan of my eyes instead of dilation & the receptionist said it would be $50 & I said no problem. However, Dr Taylor scoffed at that when I told him during my visit, saying only optometrists do that kind of imaging. He also said the receptionists “don’t know anything “! So because I declined the dilation, thinking they were doing imaging, I didn’t receive a comprehensive examination as a result. Clear directions to checkout were not given. Team & doctor were not particularly outgoing or courteous. No one is very friendly or welcoming at this office. I’ll not be returning."
"I just not like it but I love it that they don't have be me sitting out in the waiting room for ever before they call on me. My stay is within my appointment and it's great because you always have someone bring you to the visit and since they get you right in it want mess there day up. I have a question ❓ if a patient ask one of the text to wear gloves is it a sin for them to do it? If they don't wear gloves shouldn't they wash there hands in front of you? I mentioned to the person that put drops in my eyes last time I was there, that it was for her safety as well as the patient. She responded by saying I just want touch you. I really don't want people that close to me without gloves. What is it about not wearing gloves. This a medical facility and it should be treated that way when taking care of an eye patient. I really don't have any problems I like going there and I like my doctor. Your assistants are very nice and respectful at this facility."
"Been going to Shepherd Eye Center for many years and will continue to do so. Dr. Lee is awesome and has done so much to help my eyesight improve. The entire staff is so friendly, and all do a great job of making you feel comfortable with your visit."
