"If you expect to get in and out like Jack-In-The-Box you will be disappointed. If you expect top notch care by the best surgeons in the city you have come to the right place. When talking about quality of life for the rest of your life, waiting should be the least of the issue. Dr Anson helped me with back pain when no one else would. For 8 years I suffered and within 6 weeks of meeting him and his staff I am out of pain. I would have sat in that lobby for a month with no complaints. If you want to be treated like cattle, go to DOC. If you want to be helped by people who take the time to listen and explain your options while showing empathy for your situation, grab a snack and make an appointment. You won't be sorry."
"I would not recommend coming here. Husband an I waited for 2 hours just for him to be seen. This includes waiting in the back room along with the waiting room. It's now 5:39pm an we got here at 3:31pm. We were a min late. I ended up leaving due to how irritated I got. I am now waiting for my husband to be done with his appointment. Doc has not yet seen him."
