"They forget about their patients. They showed no cared after I had called weeks later. The lady that answer was not welcoming and it bothered her that I wanted to know why they haven’t called to schedule me after my insurance had already been approved. I have been suffering in pain when they could have called to tell me that I’m approved to go back to actually get the therapy I need. No care and a bunch of attitude."

"I'm a new patient to FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. My neurologist Dr. Jay Mahajan from Las Vegas Neurology Center referred me for balance therapy. I was greeted by Dr. Christal Chen for my evaluation. I immediately liked Christal because she greeted me with a smile and demonstrated how she cares for her patients. She was very observant and noticed that I might need some water to help keep me hydrated. What stood out for me was her reminding me not to worry that I won't fall because she was right there to assure I wouldn't fall even though I was harnessed in place. Hearing her telling me not to worry really helped because the truth is, I was placed inside a chamber I've never experienced and within seconds of starting the test, I started to fall but I never did because she had me. When I was seen by her for my second evaluation, I was shown a variety of routines I had to follow. She took the time to assure me I will be okay and everything will be fine. It was a good thing because I didn't do as well as I hoped. I was actually in shock because I really lost my balance doing simple moves. I look forward to my next session with the hope of Dr. Chen will help me with my balance issues. My experience has been a positive one. I can't think of anything negative to say. I've been to other therapy places but nothing like FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers. What is very impressive, most of the therapists are degreed doctors. I know I'm getting the best treatment possible. I look forward to seeing Dr. Chen who I simply call her Christal. She's awesome and I also like to point out, the front desk staff are great. They make you feel welcome and get to know you unlike other places where you're just a dollar sign. I highly recommend this place to anyone.
