"My appointment was 1:45pm. I saw the doctor & assistant about 3pm. They, however, were very helpful & patient with me. I had questions about my prescriptions. They then sent my prescriptions to Walgreen’s instead of to Centerwell for 90 day prescriptions. I will call them Monday to correct that. Only 30 day ‘scripts go to Walgreen’s. Overall, I had a very helpful talk with my team of 2."

"Worst experience I have ever had. The staff are so incompetent & the doctor was lazy. I had a major medical situation & they forgot to schedule my surgery then I had to play phone tag with 3 of their departments, they scheduled me for a visit months after everything had already gotten better on its own, the staff really doesn’t care about one’s situation, was never able to get ahold of medical assistant Pedro who never returned my phone call after I left him a message, the surgery scheduler Jackie/Jacquelyn after many phone calls & a voice message as well didn’t return my call but I did get transferred to her line & actually picked up…this is exactly what she said “Can I call you back in 20 minutes because I’m on my lunch break.” I’m still waiting. Never returned my call. Proceed at your own risk."

"Many People,yet I never felt rushed, pushed, or harried. All desk staff seem to be well organized, friendly and knowledgeable. The flow of patients seemed to occur in a very efficient manner. Very pleasing and satisfying to be around people who seem to know what they are doing."
