"Dr. Christopher Fisher and his staff are truly caring professionals. They are amazing vertically integrated and even those parts are run by polite , caring ppl. They never press you into doing anything that you don’t want to unless it’s a legal or insurance requirement, then it’ll be done as efficiently abd comfortably as possible. They deal with issues quickly and promptly return calls and call you to let you know the status if something or, say, when a Prior Authorization is approved and you can call the pharmacy to fill the med ASAP. They want their patients as comfortably and productive as medically permitted pursuant to the standard of care abd treat you with care, dignity and respect. I wish I found them much sooner. I thank them all for giving me my quality of life back."

"Every time I have to come to any of the offices associated with this practice it is games and run around. Appointment time when a doctor isn’t even in the building until A HOUR or more later?? What is the point of that?? They have a habit of not actually sending prescriptions when they say they are so you get the joy of calling back and forth until someone blames someone else and it magically appears at the pharmacy while you are on the phone (I wish I could say this was a one time experience but it has happened enough it’s the tragic norm to expect) injections that are supposed to be sent for approval that are “missed” and I have to do their job calling over and over to leave messages that are rarely returned until I finally drive to the office to get answers as to why I haven’t heard any updates. Their excuse? We have too many patients and things get missed. I realize I am one patient to you, but it’s my never ending pain and quality of life I am trusting you with. If you are doctor shopping KEEP LOOKING"

"I have carpal tunnel in both hands and trying to find a good doctor and staff is a joke in Las Vegas. This location was my 3rd try i explain to the receptionist on the phone how i need help said we can help you. I made my appt for 3/25 at Smoke Ranch the day of my appt i called in the morning to confirm the lady said yes. I get there at 3pm was told by this rude receptionist your at the wrong location you should be at the Washington...i said to her i call this morning to confirm and someone from this office said yes..she hands me this card with a stare look..like what i just said with No apologize. So i drive to Washington get there on time...get called to the back..finish all those repeative forms...setting there waiting and this guy comes in and said hi follow me.... I grab my purse and the clipboard walk out the door and no man..i had no idea who he was or where he went so now im frustrated and this lady saw me said are you ok...told her no...this man told me to follow him but i dont know where he it went....she goes down the hallway to the last door said you should be here...as soon as i walk in....He said i told you to follow me...ummm are you the doctor he said yes...like omg..he never acknowledge he was the doctor or apologize so now he stares at the computer never looking at me when he ask me 3 questions..i said i cant do this and i walked out. So i go to the front and ask for my $40 dollars back..they told me they couldn't so i ask for the manager the lady calls the billing dept i spoke with a lady name April said she understands and she will call me by Monday...i have call this lady April 7 times and she will not call me back and i just called 4/9 and spoke with a lady name Tracy and when i ask for the billing dept manager name...yeap its April how unprofessional this office staff is!"

"If I could rate any lower I would! Poorly trained staff! Ignorance is unacceptable!!! A "Medical Assistant" that is not qualified to feed my dog had absolutely NO business treating let alone dealing with patients! But the amount of disrespect of being called out of your name and numerous other MAJOR mistakes is OUTRAGEOUS! But yet and still continues to remain employed! I refuse to let these people disrespect me or treat me like a guiena pig! I've waited for 10 months for simple paperwork to get supplies..NO body can get it right! At the end of the day I'm discharged from the Clinic because I refuse to let some snot nose wanna be call me outta my name! I needed a Provider that could listen and address my health issues not have to deal with all the madness of some chicks ego! I wouldn't recommend Dr. Fisher if you have to deal with his assistant unless you got PLENTY BAIL MONEY! You go need it!"

"Doug has always been really professional and flexible. He and Dr. Fisher certainly know their stuff. The receptionists at the front are awesome. The only complaint I have is how hard it is to get an appointment if you don't schedule weeka in advance."
