"Dr Horsley was highly recommended by coworkers who are in the medical profession. During my first office visit I was informed that surgery was necessary. Sadly, Jessica who handles surgical scheduling and prior authorizations failed miserably in performing these duties. I was scheduled for preop testing. I did all the testing as required only to be informed by the hospital that they hadn’t received a prior authorization. I called Jessica and was told not to worry. Regretfully the day before my scheduled surgery I received a call from Jessica that the surgery was denied by my insurance. The hospital was not within my insurance network. Jessica told me she would schedule the surgery at another hospital. 1 month later and I hadn’t heard back from Jessica. I finally got through to her and she still had not worked on rescheduling my surgery. Her response was that she would set it up through the hospital….but she was going to try to set it up with the same hospital that my insurance would not authorize. I again told her to work on scheduling surgery at a different hospital where Dr Horsley had surgical privileges. Again, more weeks went by and I finally called Jessica. She still had not scheduled any surgery. Seeing as I’m a nurse and have connections, I asked what dates would work. I was able to contact the hospital and reserve an operating room. When I called Jessica with a date for surgery she decided that the date may not work since she hadn’t done the holiday schedule and wasn’t sure if they’d be working. I told Jessica that it’s been 6 months. My condition had worsened and I asked if I should seek out a different surgeon. My pain level has increased significantly. As usual, I was told she would get surgery scheduled. The holiday season is over. I contacted Jessica today to see what was going on with my surgery. She then informed me that Dr Horsley may no longer be performing any surgeries at my designated hospital. Seriously???? 6 months of absolutely getting the runaround. Only 1 actual attempt at scheduling surgery and now I’m forced to find a new surgeon. Not one apology was received. Just total silence as I expressed the dissatisfaction in her lack of responsibility and follow through. I’m a very tolerant person. I’m completely willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but after all this time Jessica, I am in complete dismay at your lack of professionalism. I sincerely hope that you NEVER face this type of service. Being in the medical field I have never written such a review against another person in the medical field."

"Ryles is a walking malpractice suit. He is "BOSHH". Butcher Of Southern Hills Hospital. Unfortunately his HUGE ego can't cover his skill. If needed surgery, you'd have a better chance with Stevie Wonder wearing boxing gloves. Avoid Southern Hills, & Centennial Hills."

"Have had two separate inguinal hernia surgeries performed by Dr. Horsley and they have gone extremely well and I’ve recovered so fast compared to other surgeries I’ve had from other surgeons."

"The office can make or break where we choose to do buisness. The ladies here are AMAZING. So thoughtful and courteous. They really make us feel like we matter. This is the place to have surgery done. Great docs and office staff. This facility is a homerun."

"Dr. Rayls and Dr. Horsley are both very good surgeons that performed operations to remove my cancer. Initial surgery didn't go well, and resulting complications and additional operations we're both life threatening and difficult to live through. But ultimately their teamwork was key, and both were able to do the work necessary to give me a good chance at living a normal life again. I thank both of them for their dedication and expertise. Dr. Horsley has great bedside manner as well, which is always welcome."
