The entire staff are engaged in your care. They are kind, efficient, and well-trained. Each visit they track your progress and will add or modify exercises and stretches to keep you improving. They encourage without pushing. And will provide all the guidance you need to keep up your routine at home. I cannot say enough great things about the entire team. "I have to highly recommend this PT office. I have been coming here for the last 2 months and already feel so much better. The staff makes me feel welcome and works with me on all of the exercises to make sure I get the best benefit. I have been to PT two other times at different offices and neither of them have a fraction of the care I receive here. They give you massage therapy to work on the area being rehabilitated, give heat or ice depending on the treatment, and then you go to the gym and do your exercises every time. I never knew that all was part of PT, and this office raises the bar. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and fun. I was referred here by the Doctor's Center, who I also recommend, and I see why they choose Jackson Physical Therapy. Thank you to all the staff, every one of you get a gold star.
