"I've been a patient here for more than a decade and I have nothing but good things to say about the Doctors here. Yes, it is a small staff, but they listen to you and treat you well. The follow up care is perfect - Dr Cole makes sure to call me with test results if something needs follow up and helps me track down what's going on. The front desk will work with you on appointments, they just tend to be busy at times."
"I called to become a new patient. The receptionist first asked what insurance I have (for which he is listed as a provider). She then stated that they're not taking new patients at this time. Either you're accepting new patients or you're not and my insurance shouldn't dictate that. With that being said my only interaction was with the receptionist over the phone and I cannot comment about the quality of care of the practice."
