"What an outstanding experience! I took my elderly mother there after a fall that had her banged up and bleeding. We received top-notch service from the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out. Every person we interacted with was caring and knowledgable. They truly LISTENED to me and to my mother. "We were shocked at what a completely positive experience we had here, from intake (Angela was friendly and efficient), to the nurse (Ellen Adona was skillful and sympathetic), to the doctor (Dr. Radford was kind, thorough, and maybe most important, an excellent listener). He ordered a chest x-ray for my husband (ably performed by x-ray tech Laurie), and prescribed medication for a lung infection, explaining why each was needed and possible side effects. He answered every question patiently and fully, never dismissing our concerns or rushing us. We had complete confidence in him."

"I had a pilonidal cyst on my tailbone that was causing excruciating pain. Wait time was real fast especially if you go in the morning. They started me off with antibiotics and when the infection got to the surface of my skin they did an incision and drainage. It was a painful process especially because I’ve had trauma in that area before, but the staff was the epitome of good quality healthcare. They treated me with warmth and compassion. Dr.Liu did my procedure and was real nice explaining the process as we went along. Nurse Ellen was there keeping me calm and reminded me to manage my breathing. I came back for a repacking a couple of times and Stephanie was the sweetest nurse that held my hand through the repacking process when I was still sore from the procedure. The receptionists were real gems too! I would recommend this urgent care to anybody who wants to feel valued, respected and cared for."

"Do NOT go here. I work with healthcare companies for a living. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve seen. Your time is valuable - especially when you are sick. You should be treated with empathy and compassion. None of that exists here. They refuse to give even an estimate of wait times. Instead of compassionate, front desk employees are condescending and dismissive. Find a place that will treat you better."

"I hate to leave this place a negative review because the doctor and staff were nice and helpful but unfortunately I received an additional bill in the mail which I'm not too happy about. I called ahead of time to find out how much it would cost for a visit - I called several places and they said the cost was $120. Cheapest option I heard all day so I went there. When I arrived, I asked about payment options if I didn't want to pay $120 upfront and the girl explained I could pay in full or make payments on the $120 and that if anything else was done in the office I would be sent an additional bill. So I paid the $120 upfront. Nothing additional was done in the office. So I received another bill in the mail and the billing dept is now saying that my $120 is only a deposit. At no point was it called a deposit or explained as a deposit. I feel misled. Granted the second bill is not some obscene amount but it's the principle. You need to be letting your patients know that they are going to receive another bill regardless of whether or not any additional services are provided."
