"Completely useless staff. Tried to charge us double our copay. Refused to refill a prescription I know they were legally allowed to refill. So immature that the doctor started recording me for cursing during a conversation with my fiancé. DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Been trying to get my medication refilled for two weeks now. This office must be extremely overworked and understaffed, because they are so hard to reach and when I do reach them, I get, "I'll leave a message with the doctor," and never hear back. I only hear back from the pharmacy telling me, "Dr. Jimenez has denied your refill again." They have time to deny my refill, but not time to call me back and tell me why? I have an appointment, but they are so booked that I have to wait until May. Poor communication in the office. The wait times when you do go in are ridiculous, especially considering how early out you have to book them. When you finally see the doctor he rushes you in and out. I do not want to insult the workers who I'm sure are doing their best, but I do not recommend this place to anyone who wants quality care. I ran out of my medication last week, despite numerous calls to the office. I am very sick, because the withdrawal symptoms for my medication are brutal. This clinic is too busy to care that I'm suffering, so I'll go elsewhere."

"If I could I would give it 0 stars. They don't care one bit about patients and only care about collecting money. They made me pay soon as I walked in the door and didn't even call me up until 3 hours after my appointment time. Ridiculous and the Doctor wasn't even professional and rushed through the appointment didn't even bother to answer my concerns and pushed it off as it will be taken care of at the next appointment... AS IF ... Stay for away and do not give this place your business anywhere else is better!"

"Leaving a 1 star rating for Dr. C. Espitia is an overrated score. During my visit, I let her know that I had multiple medical concerns along with the need to have a routine physical done. Once I asked her if I could tell her of my concerns, she said “No,” and that we could “go over them during our next appointment” which we would schedule to go over my blood work. I waited weeks to see this doctor and took off work, only to be rushed out and have my issues dismissed without her so much asking for the nature of my concerns. After waiting an hour in the waiting room to be called, she failed to make me feel heard or cared for, and I ultimately wasted my time visiting the office."

"I can agree sometimes the wait times are a little long, but honestly this happens at any Dr. Office. I honestly don't mind the wait because I receive quality service. I've never had a Doctor who takes their time to talk to you in depth and you feel like they genuinely care. Dr. Carmen Espitia shows she cares for her patients and always recommends tests or alternative solutions to any problems. Most doctors will only write you a prescription In a second and rush you out. This place is not like that. They get to the root of the problem which is why I love this place."
